Overview
Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Bartender, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will craft delicious drinks, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat visits.
  • Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and maintain balanced registers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
  • Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-service.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff for food and beverage pairing, catering events, or banquet service to deliver seamless hospitality.
  • Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a bartender.
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems; experience with cashiering and cash handling is essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
  • Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
  • Ability to perform basic math for cash transactions, retail math for inventory management, and accurate measurement of ingredients.
  • Experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector; retail math skills are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts.
